I appreciated the prompt daily room service. it included fresh towels. the main restaurant consistently offered variety. i particularly enjoyed the asian restaurant option. I booked a table and had a great experience. the animation team was super fun!
I noticed the gym had a slight odor. It could use some better ventilation.

our family room included a bedroom and a living room. it featured a sofa bed and a private balcony. the room included ample storage with many cupboards and coat hangers. a microwave was available, along with a kettle and cups.

the reception staff was helpful and friendly. carmen was especially nice, very helpful in every way. the staff ensured the room was cleaned to a great standard daily. i also appreciated the animation team's effort to keep everyone entertained.

The hotel overlooks the beach. There are mountains behind the hotel. the hotel offers convenient access to the beach. It is just across the road. it is also not too far from the town center. this is easily reachable in a short time.

a balanced experience.
lovely locationpool spotdining roomdirty floorworn furniturebroken parasols
the location features views of both the beach at the front and mountains behind. i found a quiet spot by one of the pools. the dining room has views and i saw a sunset one evening.
the pool areas did not seem cleaned regularly. full ashtrays and dirt were present in the morning. sun loungers and furniture appear worn. some parasols were not working.
